A calmer way to stay on top of care

When care feels like a lot, keep the important things together.

A care space is one private place for one person’s care information. Save messages, appointments, people, files, voice notes, questions, and next steps, then find them again without holding every detail in your head.

Start with one thing that happened today.

  • Five-day trial starts when you confirm checkout
  • No invitation needed
  • Included AI starts after Policy 3.2 acceptance while service access is current

You already have enough to carry

The details should be easier to hold onto.

Care Chronicles brings scattered information together, helping you feel more prepared for the next call, appointment, decision, or difficult conversation.

Start wherever you are

One small step at a time.

You do not need to organize everything at once. Begin with the information that matters today.

Step 1

Save what happened

Add one message, phone call, appointment, letter, or note.

Step 2

Keep it connected

Put the people, files, concerns, and promised next steps beside it.

Step 3

Feel more prepared

Find what you need before the next conversation or appointment.

On a phone: the primary actions are Add, What’s next, and Find. Viewers see What’s next and Find. Home, All tools, and Get help stay separate; Calendar and AI are in All tools.

Made for real-life care

Questions before you begin

Good to know.

Do I need to move all my emails?

No. Start with one important message or conversation. You can add older records when they become useful.

Can I add emails I already sent or received?

Yes. Record the date, professional, recipient, subject, summary, concerns, promises, and any follow-up date.

Can I take my information with me?

Yes. Download a printable PDF or a complete ZIP archive containing readable spreadsheets and your uploaded documents.

How does included AI processing work?

AI processing is part of Care Chronicles after the care-space Manager accepts Policy 3.2 and while the care space has current trial or paid service access. There is no separate per-workspace AI switch, and existing users must accept version 3.2 before OpenAI processing begins. When a user asks a question, Care Chronicles sends OpenAI the question, a compact catalogue of permitted records, and selected relevant excerpts. After acceptance, a saved voice memo that still needs a transcript is sent automatically to OpenAI’s audio-transcription service while service access is current. When a trial expires, a paid period ends after cancellation, or service access is unavailable for nonpayment, no new provider questions or transcription requests begin; retained records, AI conversations, and completed transcripts remain under the normal retention policy. Responses requests use store:false, but this does not mean zero retention: under OpenAI’s default controls, Responses abuse-monitoring logs may retain customer content for up to 30 days, or longer when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent harm. OpenAI’s current endpoint table separately lists no abuse-monitoring or application-state retention for /v1/audio/transcriptions. OpenAI says API data is not used to train its models unless the API customer opts in. AI can be wrong, so check its answers against the original records. Read the full privacy details.

Is this medical advice?
